As a club our fees cover only our ongoing expenditure, such as pool hire, club hut costs and equipment repair. All new equipment needs to be covered by our fundraising,
as the club grows year on year this becomes ever more important. A single new nipper board costs in the region of £700 – with youth boards and skis costing thousands!
We have a weekend of fun planned 10th/11th May and would like to see as many of the club, their friends, family, neighbours and random passers by on the street there as possible. Tickets for both events as well as the raffle can be purchased on the website.
Saturday 10th May is the Blue Shed Band at The Barn. Tickets are £5 (11 and under free). There are pizzas available and proceeds will be donated to the club. We will also have a raffle and Matt’s famous cocktail bar. It’s always a great night and sells out fast so invite your family and friends and get in quick.
Sunday 11th is a chance to get wet and ride the slides at Twitchen Holiday park. Tickets are £5 per person.
Under 8s must have an adult in the water with them with a maximum of 3 children per adult. This is not a supervised coached session so parents you will need to stay and be responsible for your kids. Again invite your friends and family, spread the word.
Twitchen clubhouse will be open before and after the session and pizza and drinks will be available.
If you have any raffle prizes you can donate we would be hugely grateful. Anything from things to fill a hamper to vouchers. Or if you have any contacts in businesses that could be approached.
Please bring these along to any remaining pool sessions or message Jo CW to arrange collection.

The amazing Blue Shed Band are again playing a fundraising gig at the newly refurbished “Barn” on Saturday 10th May, 7 p.m.

Twitchen fun slide sessions – May 11th
We are also running two fun slide sessions at Twitchen holiday park on Sunday 11th May
Tickets are £5 per person.
We have two sessions available, 1400-1500 for those under 10 and 1500-1600 for 10 and over. If you have cross over ages or kids who want to be with friends pick whichever session you would rather, its only a guide.
