It’s that time again has come, once again, just seems to come around quicker each year,
and unfortunately as with everything else our overheads have increased, and we are having to increase our fees this year

Membership fees are geared to a full year training, with pool use for the time when we are not on the beach for Youth, Nippers and Limpets:

  • Youth and Nippers £145.00
  • Limpets £90.00 (if SLSGB membership required an extra £25.00)
  • Seniors and Masters £85.00
  • Parent £45.00

Should you wish to make your payments by standing order/direct debit over the year it
will be 12 monthly payments as follows:

  • Youth and Nipper £12.10 Limpets
  • £ 7.50 (£9.60 with SLSGB)
  • Senior and Master £ 7.10
  • Parent £ 3.75
Please do check that your bank instructions are up to date.

PLEASE, if any of your details, address, email, mobile number, have changed let me know
Any questions, contact Don at wslscmemb@yahoo.com

Of course, after Christmas you will no doubt be looking forward to New Years Day, and the morning dip in the Ocean at 11.00 am, and maybe even back to the Red Barn or
Beachcomber to warm up afterwards.

Of course, after Christmas you will no doubt be looking forward to New Years Day, and the morning dip in the Ocean at 11.00 am, (I have noticed that even more mums from Woolacombe School have been practising regularly for this!) and hopefully even back to the Red Barn to warm up afterwards.

As we start a new season on the beach there has been lots of interest from parents and carers about joining the club, particularly Limpets & Nippers

Club Nipper Rep Charlie has kindly put together a document with lots of info for parents and what to expect from the section

March 2021
Contrary to the details issued earlier, we have decided to alter our membership fees for 2021 , bearing in mind the absence of any Pool training so far this year.
There are different rates for members renewing that were paid up members in 2020, to take account of the loss of training and competition during the year.
Should you decide to make your payments by standing order/direct debit over the year it will be10 monthly payments starting in March, full payments are also due in March.

The most up to date membership form can be found on the forms page here

Many Thanks

It has been quite a trying year for us all, and we have decided to make a few changes to the membership for next year.
The fees will remain the same for 2021 as for 2020, but more importantly, those that paid for their full years membership as active members will have a £25.00 reduction for 2021, which reflects the loss of a certain amount of our training activities, although we do still incur pool hire charges.
Limpets missed out on even more of their sessions, and the reduction for them will be £50.00.
Should you decide to make your payments by standing order/direct debit over the year we have decided to make it 12 monthly payments rather than ten, In this way your bank instructions will remain in place, rather than having to start a new standing order each year.

Trainer assessor and club chair Annette Deasy is already predicting some of these recruits are lifeguards of the future who may be patrolling a beach near you soon!
